Ordering & Quotes
  • You can request a quote through our website, email us directly, or call our office. Provide us some details  such as an overall description, quantity, size, type of paper desired, colour or black and white printing and deadline — and we’ll respond promptly.

  • Most quotes are provided within one business day, often sooner.

  • Minimums vary depending on the product. Many printed materials have flexible quantities, while some promotional items require supplier minimums.

  • In many cases, yes. Let us know your timeline and we’ll advise on the best options available.

Artwork & Design
  • We prefer print-ready PDF files, but we can also work with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and high-resolution JPG or PNG files.

  • No problem. We can assist with layout, design, and file preparation to ensure your materials look professional and print correctly.

  • Yes. We will follow your brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all materials.

Printing & Promotional Products
  • We produce business cards, brochures, forms, booklets, envelopes, letterhead, presentation folders, posters, signage, labels, and more.

Turnaround & Delivery
  • Turnaround times vary by product. Standard print jobs are typically completed within a few business days after artwork approval. We confirm timelines when quoting.

  • Yes. We offer local delivery and can arrange shipping throughout Ontario and across Canada as needed.

Billing & Accounts
  • We accept major payment methods including cheque, EFT, and credit card.

  • Yes. Credit accounts are available for approved customers.
